Hey guys, hope ur all good =]

Not sure if you know but DirectCanvas for Android is in beta stage and you can sign up here to be considered entry into the beta program:

can't wait for it to be released so Scirra starts using it. always preferred Android :)

Scirra is signed up and we're working on the integration, but it's quite complicated and involves updates appMobi are making to directCanvas. So we should be releasing support in the near future. It won't work if you just export a project from Construct 2 as it is though.

just got accepted into the Beta, they said they're still working on the Android files but they should be released within the next few weeks

I've tested my game in an Ipad2 and it runs at almost 60fps, unfortunaly it isn't the same performance in an android mobile, got 2 fps only =d

That is great news. Were there heavy modifications involved with the exported HTML? I don't suppose I could convince you to write up a "basic" overview on how to get it working with IOS, could I? :). I suspect that would get a LOT of views.

@jn2002dk - yep, it should support multitouch.

@goodbud - modern iOS devices are pretty fast by themselves. I think if you just read Performance Tips you should be able to get a decent framerate off an iPad 2 or 3.
