My question is why even though I have disabled a group which contain the movement of the player events. I can still make the player move a little bit?

Ah, I think I made a mistake.
If the time scale is set to 0. Why the player can still move a little bit.

If the group of the player movement is disabled, the player cannot move. But why the animation is still going?

Or is it due to these reasons, when we want to pause our game, we set time scale to 0 and disable the player movement group?

@ekajuan, Yes, if you want to pause your game, create a variable that establishes that when the time scale is 0 (therefore game is paused), the group for the movements is disabled and then enabled back once the game is no longer paused.
