To use with C2? or just in overall?

For my first question - there is no need to use any kind of texture packers in C2. Construct automatically creates best possible sprite sheets on export.
For my second question - you post this in wrong section of the forum.

There is no point using your own texture packer: C2 will immediately break apart any images you import in to separate files, and then generate its own spritesheets on export. See https://www.scirra.com/tutorials/577/construct-2s-export-time-optimisations
