Not necessarily. It just means that HTML5 games can't have shader effects.

Which means they don't need to be added for quite a while. (when exe is added)

The main things people are wanting are:

Variables
Custom Movement
Animations
Arrays

With all of those, you can do quite a bit.

...unless WebGL takes off, but that requires Microsoft being on board.

Yeah, my personal list would be:

- Private Variables
- Image Editor
- Animations
- Arrays (and if possible, a visual array editor)
- Custom Movement Behaviour (it can basically do a whole bunch of other possible behaviours easily with a little work, it's INCREDIBLY versatile, a good start for starting off with behaviours.)

I'm surprised no one spoke about the lack of sound support, or am I missing something ?

I've got to say, construct2 shows a tremendous potential it will be really interesting to see how it develops :wink:

I just make my own "pew pew pew BOING" noises while I play. It's easier than making real sound effects.
