[quote="deadeye":1e5par09]Perhaps there could be separate editors for each. An image editor for drawing, and an animation editor for frames and hotspots.

In fact, I'm requesting this as a feature :).[/quote:1e5par09]

Seconded. I was thinking along the same lines.

C2 launches the image editor associated with the right-click 'edit' command on .png files. If you change this in Windows, it will change the editor C2 launches. Windows' default is MS Paint, but it can be changed by any program you install.

I tried to do that with GraphicsGale. Associated png's with it but C2 opened MS Paint instead.
=(

Edit: Should note that it works with other programs though, so it might just be GG that is finicky.

To change default image editor on registry :

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations\image\shell\edit\command

example : "E:\Programs\Paint.NET\PaintDotNet.exe" "%1"

As it implies it changes the program that is executed when i you click edit on shell

Are you sure GG was set to Edit, and not just Open?

Is it planned to have native hardware acceleration support? I appreciated that Construct 1 had sub-pixel positioning and a relatively easy shader management, and things like that can't really be added in a user-made plug-in.

Thanks for the tip Kiyoshi. Replaced it with "C:\Program Files\PhotoFiltre\PhotoFiltre.exe" "%1"
and 'HEY PRESTO'

Cheers.
