I was trying to re-order my layouts, dragged one above the other and crash.

Happens with 100% replication:

I'm having the same problem. It's impossible for me to reorder any of my layouts. It doesn't matter if I add new layouts or duplicate existing ones...C3 crashes when trying to drag-n-drop them in any order.

Ok. I disabled every Chrome extension I had to see if there were any conflicts. No such luck.
It still crashes when I attempt to re-order layouts by drag-n-drop in the Projects window.
