Here's a creation of a dynamic starfield when a layout begins.

If you want to make it even more realistic (though this will be GPU intensive moreso) put Blur Horizontal, Blur Vertical and some other shaders on the layers.

y used your starfield and improved with the fade behavior and a litle repeat every 1500 miliseconds

see the layout named salvapantallas
