Is it possible to set z order in-game, from script? -Like simulating quasi-3d, walkbehinds and things like that. The order bar does not seem to be made for this.

Yes you can do it: Z order (at the bottom of the page)

When you create an action, select the object you want to change the Z-Index, then in the available actions, scroll to the bottom, it should be thereOlivierC2013-10-06 22:30:23

Ah! Thanks Oliver. I misunderstood what 'move to object' relly was for.

Still, if someone has come up with a slick way of doing this, (i.e. setting z order of a group of objects based on their y values) then give us a shout.stillinthe90s2013-10-07 19:54:41
