Ememy movement random, but together?

Hey this may seem like a bit of a noob question but I have been having some trouble with my enemy AI. They move and change directions randomly, as i wanted, but every instance of this AI moves the same way, instead of differently.
is there a way i can fix this?

here is the set-up i'm using.
System>every Random(10) seconds>Enemy>simulate 8direction up
System>every Random(10) Seconds>Enemy>simulate 8direction left
System>every Random(10) Seconds>Enemy>simulate 8direction down
System>every Random(10) Seconds>Enemy>simulate 8direction right

im sure there is a more efficient way of doing this, but as i said, kind of new :p

use timer behavior and system "for each"
