Is it possible to export your file in some kind of way into a .swf file?

Not currently. Eventually though, with the exporter development kit, it might be possible for someone to write an exporter that does it.

@BiioHaazard: Maybe, but that's truely a big maybe.
For now, it's not possible.

Once an EDK (exporter development kit) is done (when/if done according to the "future plans" part of this blog article) someone might be able to do a swf exporter, but that's quite a lot of "if".

So you might be able, at some point in the future, but there's nothing sure about it.Kyatric2012-01-02 18:22:12

.swf is on it's way out as html5 takes over so I very much doubt it, but you never know! :)

Out of curiosity, why do you want this feature? HTML5 is going to replace Flash in the near future. It's like a new and better version of Flash.

For perhaps the next year or so, Flash still has the advantage. For instant results, support, etc, flash is RIGHT NOW still probably the best format for internet gaming (depending on your needs) due to its wide adoption.
However HTML5 is pretty much already superior, and by the time the EDK kit comes out some of HTML5's more annoying bugs and limitations will be fixed.

I was wondering because I wanted to try to upload the game somwhere so people had the chance to try it :/ so I checked with Newgrounds and you needed the file to be a .swf file. But do you know any place where I can easily upload my game? I tried chrome web store but it was confusing.....
You might have some tips for me?
