Facebook Plug in problems

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Fri Nov 22, 2013 4:55 am

Hi everyone, I followed the tutorial pretty closely but fir some reason the log in button I set up is none responsive.

My app is loaded and working on facebook.

I added the facebook plugin then set up a button with a log in option as stated in the tutorial but it simply does not respond.

Has something changed or is there something I am missing?

Thanks

I even tried to make a simple one layout page just to test this plug in. It still is not working:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/r0qior02x490zii/facebook.capx?m=

Can anyone help me out on this. My game is finished and I'd like to add the ability to share it virally on facebook and also the high scores.

Thanks

I'm getting this:
"An error occurred. Please try again later.

API Error Code: 191
API Error Description: The specified URL is not owned by the application
Error Message: Invalid redirect_uri: Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration."

Now this is when previewing it from CS2 not an uploaded version if that makes a difference or not.

I have the App kkey in place as well as the secret key.

I place the plug in on the page and added the action as in the capx file.

I'm lost.

I could really use some help with this. My app pretty much is going nowhere until I can add some of these social media features.

There has to be some of you that got past this.

I've read all the tutorials and did everything I think I could.

Can someone please offer some guidance.
