Discussion and feedback on Construct 2

Why using the full screen option from the browser plugin reduce the Fps?
When playing without full screen the game run at 60 fps, And with the full screen option it drop to 45 - 50.

How can we fix this?

Thank's for any help.

What GFX card/driver that you have? Intel, AMD, ATI, or NVIDIA?

If you have an unsupported GFX driver/card, it really slows down the game in a higher resolution. I know about this because I'm also having the same problem.

I get the same problem with r175.
But it's smoothly with r173, you can test it. I don't know why~~

Use the search function? Try low quality as a rendering setting, in project properties.

Rendering in fullscreen requires much more GPU power, so if you don't have great graphics hardware then fullscreen mode might be slower. 'Low quality' fullscreen mode is one way of working around this, as it renders at a lower size then does a cheap scale up to the screen size.
