  • Ludei finally replied to me on Twitter about information on Ouya support. Now I just may go out and buy that Ouya now and continue development on Alien Crusader :)

  • Wow 80 views and no replies, I guess no one cares about this but me..

  • It is good news , but the problem is we dont know the timeline from ludei. They could even maybe release next update in 6 months... So we have to wait and see.

  • Ouya gets very bad reviews (i.e. slow games) so my Q is: how many consoles they sold? because if 100,000 or lower, then releasing anything for this console does not matter (unless you want to play for fun on your own one or show your family:)

Yeah exactly, Ludei say a lot of things :P 'Next build' and 'someday when we feel like it' are the same thing coming from them. And then, even if it does come along there's every chance it will be bug laden or not work as it should, like webgl.

  • Yup, like others said. Next build could be 3 months away. Plus when it's done, we still need to get the plugin for Construct 2 updated, which I believe Ludei is suppose to be handling now, correct? I thought Ashley mentioned that a few builds ago.

  • Well i couldn't reply because I wasn't home. I am now.

Good news. Now we just wait for 6 months. Hopefully they will also have IAP support. but it will be good enough to get a product out there :)

Besides explaining it a handful of threads. your missing the point. Each time. Yes the Ouya sales are NOT equal the Wii. However that was never the point. So I suggest in a friendly way. If it's not constructive. Don't reply. The ouya is an entry point for an Android console. being at the ground base for whichever platform takes off is the goal.

sorry for interrupting your moments of happiness

  • Yeah.. That is kinda of true. I forgot about how slow the timeframe Ludei gives out its updates.

sniffle. I super appreciate it. I think we should bash Ludie for it's slow release.

  • People still use their OUYAs? huh.

  • Try Construct 3

  • I love my ouya. It gets way more play time than any of my other consoles.

  • I'd rather have iOS support :/

  • thanks for the information about the console. Yeah I will love if that kind of option can come to C2. I was also willing to make some games for the console.

and you are not alone to worry about it, we are also here who will love to see when the game pad support is released.

  • New update with Ouya support available now : CooconJS 1.4.4
