[Help] Audio / Sound Looping Continuously

Discussion and feedback on Construct 2

Post » Thu Jul 26, 2012 8:00 pm

Hi,

I am new to construct 2. This is my first attempt, to learn construct 2 and a small personal project for my kids.

I have browsed the forum for similar issue / solution. I have learned that HTML5 / Browsers have a lot of audio related issues.

I am currently using r99.

Issue: I have set an audio sound to play when a mouse is over an object / button. The sound plays continuously, although it is set to no looping. I have tried a couple of things for this issue but have no luck yet.

I tried adding a "stop audio" command, which does stop the looping but then when the mouse is over the object / button again then there is no sound again. Kindly help in this regard.

The capx, file is attached. Kindly click on "Anya Fatima" and then select "Yes" for the audio sound I am after. Thank you.

Download Capx File

Thank you for your help.

Thanks. The problem is still there. You have just changed the "Mouse Over" effect to "Mouse Click", the problem is with the "Mouse Over" effect. Thanks.
