Help! Big Problem!

Hi friends! I have an enormous problem! I have created one game in construct 2. It's looked OK everytime I played it, in PC(HTML 5) and in smartphone (by cocoonsjs). But when I made the apk in intelXDK and post it in Google play, never could play it after downloading it from the store.
I tryed 17 times to create the apk, in all ways as possible in intelXDK, android, crosswalk, and Cordova... Always run OK in the debug but never after downloaded from store.

I just tired of trying and trying and trying. If you known the problem please tell me! ... Or I will turn crazy!

what do you mean by in the debug? have you tried side loading(downloading onto phone and installing without going through the play store) the app to your phone/tablet? how are you building it? Does it run in the built in emulator on the xdk? also is C2 and the xdk fully updated

Yes! It run perfectly in c2 and in xdk! The problem is when I download it from store! The game can be installed normally but doesn't run in the phone.

I played it in my phone using cocoonsjs launcher and it run OK too!

You test using CocoonJs, try to export using CocoonJS.
Otherwise, to have a test on Android having something similar to the XDK, preview over LAN/WIFI in Chrome for Android (which allows you also to look for errors in the browser and use C2's debugger).

You can't do tests on one technology (CocoonJS) and expect a different technology (XDK) to work exactly the same...
