Help-multiple layouts- one event sheet

For questions about using Classic.

Ok I have a problem. I have multiple levels and I want to apply one event sheet to all of them. Sounds easy huh? Just include the event sheet in each layout's events and copy & paste all the same items over right? Nope. Doesnt work. J.J. can walk left and right but cant jump. I also tried the same thing with their global object checkmarked but that makes it worse, you cant do anything!
Heres my cap made in the most recent build 99.42:

Arrow keys= move, crawl, getup
X=jump (its a wierd kind of jumping you gotta hold it down)
C=fire

After making the MouseKeyboard object global, jumping and crawling works on the next layout for me.
By the way, you can change which event sheet your layouts use, directly, so you don't need many separate ones with just "Include Event Sheet: Game events" in it. :) (At least in 0.99.42)
