Help with Collision pls

Get help using Construct 2

I'm trying to make it to where when the player collides with a sprite(button), it sets another sprite(block) visible. Here's the catch: I got it working when the player is set at normal gravity, but when their gravity is flipped (-1500), the block will not be set visible upon the player colliding with the object.

event:

character is colliding with button > block > set visible
block > solid enabled
block > fade: start fade

thanks in advance, if my convoluted way of explaining things is annoying, by all means tell me

Could you provide a capx file? It would be easier to solve the problem, since I think its a small detail you missed that I probably won't be able to explain in words. :P
I like giving game advice more than I actually like making games ;)

So far, I haven't really found any issues that you're describing...is there a specific level it happens on?

I haven't looked at the capx, but if gravity is -1500 ? he is probably floating too much to hit the button?

The level this occurs on is level 7 ^. cs2curious, I tried switching the gravity both ways, but it doesn't do it any good. Mind taking a look at the capx?

So I think I fixed it, I moved the character just for testing purposes :P So I would move him back...
