I don't see how this would be difficult to program... it would be one of the simpler ones I should think! What exactly do you need advice about?

@sqiddster if i have one object behind and one object on top. When i click on object on top, object hidden behind dissappear, so should not have dissappear right?

hmmm... If we have a sheet of paper and this sheet is behind picture we can only find it by clicking on the outlier part.

objects/sprites overlapping other objects will need their collision victor edited. Once an overlapping object is removed the collision victor will have to be changed again.
To do this you need to have the object with several frames, each with a different collision vector. In the event sheet check if the overlapping object has been removed, if so change the frame number of the objects underneath to suit. The rest of the events are pretty much check on collision with the mouse or touch.
