Hit the block

Get help using Construct 2

I am having a little trouble coming up with a logic for my project:

- I need to destroy a block when the main player hits it.
- The block is only destroyed if it got hit when the player lands on it (the opposite of Mario).

I want to accelerate the fall if I double tap the KEYDOWN. As soon as the player hits the block, the block will get destroyed.

For falling faster: Make something like this
On downarrow down+Platform:in air(not on a platform): Move the hero down. I can't explain it different.
For the blocks: First method. make 2 bounding boxes, when 1 of the boxes, the upper one, is collided with the hero it destroys. Second method: When the Hero's Y is higher than the block's Y and they collide => destroy the block.
