How can I hide unused sprites?

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Sun Jul 20, 2014 5:58 pm

Hello!

I am fairly new to Construct 2 and today I have been building my first game so I can test the features of Construct.

There is one problem though, whenever I want an object to spawn at a specific time, and not when the game starts, seems like I cannot do that as for an object to be saved it needs to be loaded in a layout.

Is there any way to Right-Click and delete the object, without removing it from the Objects list?

Thanks,
parat26.

@parat26

I know a few people have an extra layout that's just for holding a copy of all the objects in the game.

That way they will always be in the object list and can be spawned but don't have to be on any level layout.

Create a seperate layout without an event sheet and put the sprites on that..
I told my dentist I had trouble with my teeth and asked her to fix it without looking in my mouth..
