How can optimize my my app in mobile phone and tablet?

im using cocoonjs compiler and my window size is 960, 640 when i compile my project it is compatible in an android 2.3 mobile phone (Lenovo A269i 3.5,CloudFone GEO 402q, ) but when i put the apk file in higher than 2.3 mobile devices and tablets bigger screens the screen resolution goes crazy like it i shows a margin in edges and object goes to another position. pls help me how can optimize the screen resolution? i read this tutorial https://www.scirra.com/tutorials/1126/multiple-screen-sizing-for-all-mobile-devices but i doesn't effect my app.

It may also depend on how your publishing stings are set, Full Screen, etc.. You might want to the browser object and use "On any Touch" to set the Browser Object to Full Screen.

Also you might be better off using Cordova rather than cocoonjs.
