# How do have three sliders influence each other?

File
Okay, I've created three identical sliders.
How do I have them influence each other? For example, increasing one slider by .1 will randomly reduce the value in another slider by .1

Step 2: How do I take the variables of each slider and use them in an expression?

Maybe you might want to include your capx so the members can take a look

The "balance" function is what adjusts the non-picked sliders.R0J0hound2013-12-23 07:06:58

Followup question, how do I take the value from each slider?

Just pick the slid_line you want and use it's slid_line.value variable.

how do I do that? You don't have to make a capx, in this case I'd like step by step instructions since it seems to be so simple I must be missing something.
Edit: something involving unique IDs?

Edit: nevermind... instance variablesryackov2014-01-11 21:41:47
