How do I adapt hours , minutes on circle count down ?

Hi,
i have done the circle count down with tricky tutorial here
the problem is that user start with my app with 30 minutes
and when time is 00:00:00 it will go to game over
now the circle turn 180 degrees arround (100%) with 30 minutes
but he can add 2 or 12 or 24 hours ...
how can i adapt the circle count down ?

If 180 degrees is 30 minutes, then 360 degrees would be one hour. How would you like times greater than 1 hour to be represented with the timer?

the app start with 30 minutes ...; if user will not add hours .... means 30minutes = 360
if users add hours .... the angle of rotation change but still some of times (hours , minuetes) rotate 360
