How do I add the billing authorization in apk

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Wed Feb 18, 2015 10:00 am

Hello,

I just build an apk with intel XDK after an export from C2.
I add the IAP object, but google dev ask me to add the billing authorization to be able to add in app products.

Any idea on how to add this authorization ?

Many thanks

I have the same question.
When using the Cranberry's PhoneGap IAP plugin, the solution is presented here: https://www.scirra.com/tutorials/1286/h ... sswalk-xdk

But I do not know how to do this with Scirra's IAP-plugin.

Or shouldn't I export to html 5 and build in xdk, but instead export to cordova and build in xdk?

Or should I use the XDK-function "add a third party plugin from the web"?
(which brings me to this site: http://plugins.cordova.io/#/search?search=iap )

I decided to follow the link https://www.scirra.com/tutorials/1286/h ... sswalk-xdk .
I followed the 4 steps, but I still get this message:

"Your app doesn't have any in-app products yet.
To add in-app products, you need to add the BILLING permission to your APK."

:(

Perhaps I should remove the C2 IAP object?
Perhaps I should use Cranberry's PhoneGap IAP object in the event sheet?
Perhaps I need to wait for Google Play to accept my newly uploaded APK?

@Adisma, I think I found it :D

I deleted the C2 IAP object,
inserted the Cranberry's PhoneGap IAP object,
added some IAP events (I do not know if this has any influence on the outcome),
exported to Cordova,
made a XDK Crosswalk for Android build (to my knowledge with no special settings),
uploaded the new APK (arm)

and now Google says:
Your app doesn't have any in-app products yet.
Add your first in-app product

So I guess I can now continue my journey to get IAP working...
(right now I do not have time to test)

I still wonder where it went wrong with the official C2 IAP object.
(I prefer using "official" plugins.)

@applehiku,

thanks for all of this.
I found it too, but still using the official plugins.

In C2, just add the IAP plugin, export it to Cordova.
And follow this : https://www.scirra.com/tutorials/1376/f ... iap-plugin

:)
