How do I change the animation of a sprite?

Hey there.

I have three animations for a lamp - "idle", "true" and "false" and I want change the current
sprite when the mouse click on the lamp.

but isn't working.

How should I procced?

(any problem with my question - frist question - is just to tell :D )

when click on lamp set animation to what ever true idle false, or what the name of the animations are if you dident changed them then you have default animation1 animation2 set the animation then after you set it you have to play it, Start animation from beggining or current frame!

I belive that I placed the logic that you said.

But the sprite is not changing when I click on it.

If you want the object called switch to play a different animation, your code should work, as long as switch has an animation called "true"..
you could even remove the action start animation from current frame, because it's not different from the action above..
I told my dentist I had trouble with my teeth and asked her to fix it without looking in my mouth..
