Check for no collision between two object.

ie I have a box it falls so im checking its overall velocity, if it lands by itself with out touching other boxes, it will be destroyed when its stopped moving, if it touches boxes it stays alive until such time where it ends up been by its self. seem straight forward, but I cant negate the collision between two objects.

is there another way.

Set it up to check for a collision between the two objects, right click the event and select Invert. It should now have a big red X in the middle of the event. Now it's checking that the two are not colliding.

You can invert is overlapping, which would be the thing to check in this case..
I told my dentist I had trouble with my teeth and asked her to fix it without looking in my mouth..

I've tried over lapping, does this work with physics objects?

There is no difference between objects with physics-behaviour and without when it comes to collision-polygons..
So I couldn't imagine it not working..
