How do I check the Tiles on a PNG File

Get help using Construct 2

So i'm wondering how i can check the tiles/cells on a PNG file, not in pixels, completely new here, so i need some help, thanks.

I have my own tile sprites i want to try out, i was guessing that in order to place them in i have to place the pixel size which is 70x70 but i was wrong so im not sure what to do at this point, check the second screenshot to see what i mean. I'm not using the tutorial tiles so the size is different.

Again thanks for the help and i know it's probably a dumb noob question but i really do want to learn.

You try to import a Sprite Strip.
A Sprite strip looks like this:

Now.
Number of horizontal cells = frames horizontal. In this case 4.
Number of vertical cells = frames vertical. In this case 2.
