Hey everyone, does anyone have any knowledge and experience in connecting a 2nd player in a coop game? Local specifically, but multiplayer is a bonus! I appreciate this in advance <3 :)

All you need to do is make a second set of controls that do.... something.
Your requirement is vague.
Mistakes were made.

Public multiplayer is just as much effort to do as local, just try look at the manual for how to set up a multiplayer game.

Try these one in order from first to last:

To clarify, I'm creating a 2D platformer as you've seen in the classic arcade style gaming and I want to add a 2nd player in the same level as the first player.

Well, I don't know if this is still useful, but you just need to add thesecond player, give him the movement behavior you want, and disable the "default controls". Then, you use the simulate controls in your event sheet with the keyboard, and you got your second player hooked up
