How do i create a fuel calculator(Solved)

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Sun Oct 27, 2013 3:30 pm

I did this with c++ which weren't so complicated . But i cannot seem to do this with Construct 2 . Basically what i want to do is type in a fuel rate , Let's say 1.18 dollars for every mile/kilometer . So i need to write this into the text box and when i press a button it should give me the amount of dollars/etc . So if i travelled 20 miles the final ammount would be 23,60 dollars or whatever currency for a partcular country.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advanceDravenX2013-10-27 17:48:47

When a mile is travelled (however you are calculating that already)
- Add $1.18 to variable 'Dollars'

To print in a text box use SetText > "Total Money = "&Dollars
