How do I create a "Monaco" style glow effect

Get help using Construct 2

Hi all,

I am trying to get some polish in a game I am working on before the IndieCade deadline. I want to create a glow effect similar to the one found in Monaco. Any idea of th best way to do this?

Thanks,

Christian

There is inbuilt effect called horizontal glow and vertical glow try using them they can be used for sprites and layer both.
Every Game is a Good Game it's just few people like and few does not! Keep coding people some day you will be a "NOTCH".

If you are talking about those glowy colors on objects, you can do that simply by creating different shaped and colored glow sprites. Put them in "additive" blending mode and play with their opacity. Those shadows are also created the same way, but with normal blending mode.
