How do I define two "Cursor is over"?

Get help using Construct 2

So I want to do this:
Image

If the cursor is over the green box, the cursor changes to arrow and if the cursor is over the red box, the cursor changes to arrowdown.
The problem is, if I define it like this, only the red box changes the cursor and the green box won't.

Can somebody give me a tip on how I can define two or more different sprites being used as cursor?

Drag the Else into event 3 and delete event 2.

Check if green
else check if red

The 2 else statements are clashing together,
Here, I made an example for you
