How do I detect touch with movement over the object

How do I detect if the player is touching the screen and moving your finger across the length of the object (sprite) for 03 or 05 times? (like Aladdin rubbing the magic lamp). Thanks in advance.

I really liked the @korbaach solution but I would prefer a new one without using a plugin. Any more suggestions?

There is no need to use the plugin, it was just a visual example...
you can use an ordinary sprite.........or someone can make a simpler way...

@korbaach

It is true. I thought the plugin would be necessary, but it's not. Thank you for the suggestion.

@korbaach

I did some experimenting with your example and simplified it, using just the touch event instead of including the sprite. I am grateful for your suggestion, without it would not have come to this solution.
