How do I drag and drop air hockey style

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Sun Jan 04, 2015 12:33 am

Hi, I searched forums and tutorials and found nothing. What I would like to do is, when the user touches a sprite and moves their finger and releases, the sprite moves in a natural way and slides and then stops.

Similar to how an air hockey puck or shuffleboard works.

I know this will be simple for you geniuses. Thanks in advance!

maybe this helps...

the sprite holds the last touch->angle and touch->speed and moves this as long as its speed is not reduced to '0'.

Hi @mercuryus,

Thanks very much for your help. Do you know how I would make the puk bounce off of solids or just off of other objects? No9 matter what behavior I put on it, it just doesn't seem to want to collide with anything. I am attaching a link to a capx https://www.dropbox.com/s/7xyptnhagrzgr ... .capx?dl=0

If you don't have time to look at this, I understand but I REALLY appreciate your help.
