How do I draw a div?

I'm wondering if it is possible and what the best way to draw a div or a css3 shape is. I mainly want to do this so that I can dynamically change the background color of the div without needing to make a ton of sprites (no content necessary inside). So maybe i missed something obvious, or can it be done with a plugin / javascript sdk?

You could just do 1 image with a fixed color and add the "set color" Effect. On Runtime, you can just set RGB Values as you like.
