Hi

Lets say want to fire an event every 0.48 seconds in game play regardless of teh games FPS on devices.
Do i need to use delta time for this, and how would I set this up?

Thanks for any help on this, i can find a time tutorial . but it does not mention delta time which i assume i need to make this 100% accurate?

Using the Timer behaviour gives the most accurate results.

No. Make a sprite and give it the Timer behaviour.

The "every X seconds" is FPS independent. Although the scirra guys have stated C2 can't really keep anything stable if you're dropping below 10 fps

it's not that it's not stable, it's just that 1/10 is the highest c2 lets dt get. So basically the game goes into slow mo if the dos drops below 10.
