How do I export my game in a format that can be ran locally?

I'm a student and I'm required to submit my work in a format that can be ran locally. (also I'm using the free version)

If you have a licensed copy of C2 then exporting using the Desktop option NW.js is an option.

This option is not available in the free version.
If your vision so exceeds your ability, then look to something closer.
