How do I fix black screen

so im exporting my game from xdk everything was going well the build the simulation but when i install the APk to my
phone the game is functional music is playing but most of all are black only the buttons are visible pls really need help how to solve this

i fixed mine by removing the browser plugin in the capx i exported.

so ok i fixed it,i searched on google for everything then i stumbled upon a comment saying "try resizing your layout by half", so i tried it and it worked. i didnt knew there's a limit on how big your layout size should be in a phone, mine was 5k x 2k pixels :/
