How do I fix my Checkpoint system

When a player dies I want it to spawn only one of them, but instead its spawning an endless loop of them. Why do my checkpoints do this, I only want it to spawn one object. Please help.

How are you detecting that a player died? What condition are you using? Please provide as many details as possible.
