How do I fix pixel distortion on pixel projects

Get help using Construct 2

I have been working on a pretty big game in Construct 2 for a while now, and I cant seem to find ANY way to fix this.

The pixel's scrunch or become larger than what they actually are in the editor.

You should:

- Set Pixel Rounding to On
- Set Fullscreen Scaling to Low Quality

Another advice: Downscaling at High is very unnecessary since is a pixel graphics game, and will drain your memory.

Thank you! It does look a bit better, but it's still a little distorted. Is there an easy fix?

There is distortion when moving, because the quality is small on pixel projects. Principally in motion.

What I did once was resizing the viewport to 2 times bigger, and set Layout Scale to 2 (zoom in).

It's kinda weird to deal with, but it works...

There is distortion when moving, because the quality is small on pixel projects. Principally in motion.

What I did once was resizing the viewport to 2 times bigger, and set Layout Scale to 2 (zoom in).

It's kinda weird to deal with, but it works...

"Letterbox scale" fullscreen mode can distort pixel art because it allows fractional zoom levels, e.g. 2.7x scale.

That's what "Letterbox integer scale" is for - use that for pixel art.
