How do I fix "Unfortunately, STAR FALL has stopped working."

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Wed Apr 08, 2015 2:56 pm

I'm having a problem with one of my games, STAR FALL (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.starfall.www&hl=en) keeps giving me the error "Unfortunately, STAR FALL has stopped working." when I install it from Google Play. This is not only really annoying, but I found the cause of one occasion when this problem comes up then fixed it and it STILL comes up in another place. I'm worried this will drive users away from my game. Please respond ASAP!!

I don't think you will get an answer with your problem just being an error. Would it be possible to post the crash report?

EDIT: I'm not getting the error.

If you are using Cocoonjs, they recently fixed a bug that caused that error message on start up. Check these threads:

I am not using CocoonJS, and the "Unfortunately, STAR FALL has stopped working." error doesn't seem to give me a crash report. If you could tell me where I might find one that would be GREAT!!

Also, Billy Bleeks, this is just out of curiosity and has nothing to do with this topic, but how did you add the links to those games on the bottom of your post?

If you are using crosswalk, I think you need to upload both architectures on the google play or else some devices won't be able to run it.
Game design is all about decomposing the core of your game so it becomes simple instructions.
