Get help using Construct 2

Hi my name is Emrahcan Gergerli,
I just bought a personal license of Construct 2 with my dad. When we paid it with card web site showed me an error message and ask me to send a mail to them.I hope you will help me.its been 20 hours so far. :roll:

You don't say if the site error was with scirra or a different site.

Also, are you certain that the transaction went through, or did it fail due to the error you mention? That might be best checking - i.e. have you been charged.

Regardless, licensing issues are probably best dealt with by emailing scirra directly - [email protected].

it took the money. I have a screenshoot for it when I checked the bank account.Also it was a error by scirra website.

It's the weekend - so maybe will need to wait until Monday before Tom can deal with it. They are very good at dealing with issues, so don't worry and wait for a response.

I don't have any answer yet.I sent messages over and over again and still i have no clue what's going on.Isn't there anybody who can solve this mess.I'm getting nervous about it.
