How do I go to other layout on sprite overlap/collision

Hey all. What if I have three sprites: a candy in the air above ground, a boy on ground, and a block attached/pinned to the candy as it rotates every tick. How can I make it so that only if the boy sprite jumps into the air above the ground ending up not hitting the the block attached/pinned to the candy (boy jumps into air and hits candy sprite, then the game will go to a different layout. Could someone post a capx for this please?
