How do I handle teleportation and collision in tiles?

Hello,

A long time ago, I released a build of http://gamejolt.com/games/fox-ninja/61255 my game which currently has a lot of bugs and it has the feature of "poofing", which is essentially warping through walls to solve puzzles.
I and several others have run into a bug where you'd get stuck in a wall when you warp and makes it easy to cheat and I want to fix it on the newer build. The problem is, how do I go about handling collision in tiles? All suggestions are appreciated.

Make 2 tilesheets, one for background and one for collision, apply solid on the one for collision and enable collisions
