How do I Have stationary objects with camera scrolling?

So I have a top down RPG I'm working on and camera scrolling on the character works fine with big layouts and all. The problem is that I have objects that I want to remain on the screen without being affected by the camera scrolling such as a health bar in the top right, etc etc. How do I go about keeping them from moving?

The user interface - UI or the English heads-up display - HUD is the interface that displays player information such as life, scoreboard and other game information.
To do this, create a layer leave the Paralax in (0,0) and position the objects that should not move in the place of the window reminding that it should be on the other layers.
