As you said yourself, other html5 games work on your mobile, so the problem is unclear..
You've given no further information, so I'm not sure what kind of answer you are expecting..
I told my dentist I had trouble with my teeth and asked her to fix it without looking in my mouth..

It would help if you gave us a link to test using r216.

Maybe try exporting a built-in example and test that.

hi

here is a simple example ... http://www.sharkbite.byethost32.com/ (exported to html5 with no minify and png compression to normal ... and upload all exported files to this webhosting)

here is the .capx download here https://www.dropbox.com/s/howvny5o5x3985l/test.zip?dl=0

tested device : iphone 4s ios 7.1.2 (other html5 games from the scirra store are working)

your game get this error on mobile console:

Application Cache manifest could not be parsed. Does it start with CACHE MANIFEST?

you can debug you game on mobile by:

1. open your ios device: settings->safari-->advanced-->toggle web debug
2. connect your phone to pc with cable
3. open safari on pc
