How do I jump off enemy's head.

Get help using Construct 2

Dear Scirra users,

It has been a month using construct 2 and it's great.

I am having a problem.
I want to kill my enemy by jumping upon its head a couple of times. The enemy is huge, so to make my game more interactive; i want to bounce off up a little following the speed and angle.
I have tried using bullet behavior but the player just get disappear and screen becomes totally white. I have also tried using "set X" property but not that good.

Can anybody help me please???

Of course the red sprite should be set to "invisible"

No problem, there is also other way to "pin" the red sprite to the body:

(I used "every X seconds" but you can also use "Every tick")

There is a consequence to prior file attached. The upper sprite being solid wont let the enemy move (until you place it a couple pixels high.).


This other file is not downloading:(

You mean the red sprite? that one should not be solid, only the enemies body must be solid.

it wont jump/bounce by removing the red sprite's solid behavior.

- no longer needs the detection sprite
- enemy isn't solid
