without being the host???

1) Someone mentioned while I was searching on the previous topics that you can keep the host running on a windows server. Is this serious? How?

2) If the only way is by virtual machine, do you know a free host for testing this?

3) @Ashley how you guys done with your example?

The ghost shooter multiplayer demo runs on a dedicated server. It's just permanently running a Chrome tab which is the host of the game. It runs just fine - no stability issues even after running for weeks.

You could use Amazon Web Services EC2. They offer micro-size instances for free for one year.

Thanks to both of you. This should go to that fixed topic.
