I am using a text box in my native mobile game. When I click on the text box the layout minimizes. How do I get the keyboard to overlap?

I'm running into the exact same issue and there doesn't seem to be any information on how to correct it. This is a go/no go problem for us and stops us from using Construct 2 as our development engine all because it can't handle a keyboard input for a player's name.

Both your post and Gekode's don't have any replies/answers and seem to have faded off into the void.

Did you ever find a solution?

I can think of 3 solutions:

1 - using fullscreen in browser crop -setting.

2 - Creating an onscreen keyboard or something similar.

3 - when the textbox is selected, on browser resize, scale the layer/layout and scrollto the textbox if needed
I told my dentist I had trouble with my teeth and asked her to fix it without looking in my mouth..
