How do I load image/sound from local and save it

Hi,

I'm working on a game for autistic children ( my youngest son is a wonderful AND autistic child !).
I need the game to be customizable.

Basically, the user must choose an image and a sound from local drive ( android) and i must save them. Here is the problem. I need to save the files (jpg and ogg) or save the paths for the next time.

I tried a lot of things. I succeed to manage with images (filereader + inject base64 images) but i'm stucked with sounds.
Can you help me ?

I'm also looking for similar thing, where the app can play song from device storage.
