How do I made grid based movement and dont ignore solids

Get help using Construct 2

I need player to move by specific amount of pixels , each step.
I may set x +value, but that way, I ignore solids, how do I do it without ignoring solids.
This may be dumb question, but I got stuck on it :D

can this help:
event like this: on collision or overlaping object... stop movement.
